Mr. McNeil is a library media specialist at Gibbons Middle School and advisor for the video production wing of the Gibbons Gazette.  He has been teaching at the Gibbons Middle School for 15 years as both a library media specialist and social studies teacher.  In his free time he enjoys travel, playing with his dog Phantom, reading, and cooking.
