Willow Henry, Editor, Broadcast Journalist, and an Investigative Journalist
Willow Henry is a 7th Grader on the orange team, who works as an Editor, broadcast journalist, and an investigative journalist. Willow has always enjoyed writing and journalism in general, but in 4th grade Willow took a Newspaper class to broaden her journalism knowledge. She joined Gazette in hopes of pursuing her interest in writing and to spread awareness about topics that are important to her in a relatable way to readers. Also in hopes of improving her overall writing, and having at least a few satisfactory pieces by the end of the Semester. Willow strives to shed light on situations of people who can’t do that for themselves. If you’ve met Willow you would agree she is humorous, but straight-forward when necessary, and also knowledgeable. When she isn’t writing Willow enjoys reading Realistic and Historical fiction such as: The Hate U Give by Angie Thomas, relaxing by watching tv, hanging out with friends, and participating in art projects like painting.
